ULS Blog and Social Media Outreach

Earlier in 2014 the Utah Lepidopterists’ Society hosted the annual National Lepidopterist Conference in Park City, UT. Todd Stout and Tony Jones did a great job of organizing and the event was a huge success. For the next year we are launching efforts to bring back the journal Utah Lepidopterist in a new format and added social media outreach. We voted to re-do our website and are in the process of planning our new site layout. Your membership dues and contributions will support the efforts. Todd will be taking charge of the new look and content as well as launching a new Facebook page. I’ll be managing the blog and creating email templates as part of branding and communication efforts.

We welcome all ages, educators, people who like bugs and environmentalists. Please follow our new blog, we will be adding articles, events and information on community involvement. Fill out the form to join our contact list for event invitations, membership information or questions.
